Goodbye all. After a power shortage last night. My PS3 die. I got yellow led of death. I guess that's it. No money to buy a new one and I can't take my game out. .

There are a lot of rumors about the slim PS3 coming soon with a price drop.

I just got a SLR camera, a PSP, a MacBook Pro, an iPod Touch and a Tiffany jewellery (for my wife). I have no money in my bank account now. I guess I have to canel my preorder of CODMW2.
Someone at youtube shows how to fix it but I don't know if I should. I will consider buying a new one if ArS regroup.

I got my PS3 on Oct 2007 on my MasterCard & I am still under their extended warranty policy until Oct this year. .
I am waiting for the claim form & once they approve it; I can either get a new one or repair my current one free.
I hope Sony can fix it cuz I have a 60GB with SD card slot.

It's a good idea cuz 60GB PS3s are pretty rare nowdays, but also you might risk that it malfunctions again (hopefully they repaired it right ._. )
